While listening to an AM talk radio show this afternoon in the car I heard a commercial from Sedo.com that was promoting premium .co domain names to Colorado businesses. The URL that they used to direct listeners to Sedo was Sedo.com/koa, a link which directs to the Sedo premium .co auction page. KOA are the call letters for the radio station I was listening to – the most prominent and recognizable AM station on the air in Denver. I actually found a recording on YouTube of the same ad I heard today:
I remember reading on Elliot’s blog last week that Sedo was possibly airing radio ads for the .co premium auctions, nonetheless, I was quite surprised to hear this ad on the radio today.
