Latest GoDaddy $1 Registration Coupon

GoDaddy.com has been in the news the last week or so as talks of buyout by a group of private investors swirl.  I personally would not want to see this happen.  Besides the clunky checkout system (which I am used to by now) I like everything else about GoDaddy as a registrar.  Elliot Silver wrote a great blog post about things he would ‘hate to see changed’ should the registrar be acquired by a new company.  I agree with almost all of the points Elliot makes.

On to the $1 coupon..

  • No problem guys..

@BullS – I forgot to mention in the post that you must use a credit/debit for the purchase. Paypal will not work for this transaction. Perhaps that is the reason it’s not working for you?

Godaddy also gives the option to “Round up for Haiti”. Why not take this chance to give 82 cents to Haiti while and buy your new domain for $2. Another thing that is nice about GoDaddy is they also give quite a bit to many different charities.
