MGM Resorts has filed lawsuits to gain control of seven domain names that they believe are infringing on their trademark. It’s hard to argue theses cases, every one of the domains in the following list include the name of a MGM owned casino that already has an active poker room in Las Vegas. I can’t see MGM losing this one. The domains in question are:

BellagioOnlinePoker.com
CircusCircusPoker.com
ExcaliburPoker.com
LuxorPoker.com
MandalayBayOnlinePoker.com
MGMPoker.com
According to PokerNewsReport.com, MGM has identified and filed lawsuits against four individuals and two companies that are the registrants of these domains. The defendants names are published in the news article. MGM Resorts’ attorney from Lewis and Roca LLP have requested the judge to order the defendants to temporarily stop usage of the domain names.
