Joann Pan published an article on Mashable earlier this evening titled: Domain Names 101: How to Avoid Dot-Com Disasters [INFOGRAPHIC]. The story is basically a bunch of quotes from Frank Schilling followed by the DomainNameSales infographic. My favorite Frank quotes are the classics :
“Don’t cut corners with your online identity”
and
“A better domain name will lower your lifetime marketing costs.”
Both are simple and to the point – spend some money to buy a good domain name! It’s nice to see more positive exposure for domains AND Frank Schilling representing the domain industry in a non domain publication. Maybe the funniest line from the whole article came from the author:
“DomainNameSales.com, a name registration and web hosting company..” 🙂
